Who it's for

Vehicle tracking for field service teams

Organise vehicles by team, send the nearest engineer and keep the fleet serviced.

For engineers, installers, facilities and property maintenance teams.

Organise by team or depot

Put drivers into groups and filter the map, fleet and trips by group.

  • Each manager can focus on their own team
  • Regions, depots or contracts, your choice
  • Send the nearest engineer to an urgent job

Confirm site visits

Geofences around customer sites send a notification when an engineer arrives and leaves.

  • A record of every visit
  • Time on site, without timesheets
  • Alerts on any phone

Keep the fleet serviced

Odometer readings and health warnings come straight from each vehicle.

  • Weak battery warnings
  • Engine fault codes
  • Odometer readings for service intervals

Van tracking for engineers and installers

Service vans, crew vans and company cars can all be tracked together in one fleet. The tracker plugs into each van's diagnostic port, with no fitting appointment.

When an engineer swaps vans, move the tracker or change who's assigned to the van. Van tracking then keeps every trip recorded against the right van and engineer.

Questions

Can we track pool vans and company cars together?

Yes. Every van, car or pickup with a diagnostic port can have a tracker, and they all appear in the same fleet, filtered by team if you need.

Can engineers see each other's trips?

No. Engineers who sign in only see their own trips. Managers see the whole fleet.

Can we track vehicles shared between engineers?

Yes. Assign a driver to a vehicle and change the assignment when someone else takes it. Trips are recorded against the vehicle and its assigned driver.
